This machine was designed and manufactured to produce rotor shafts for electric power tools.

The machine was designed and manufactured to automatically perform the following operations:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts from/to the tool carrier line using a pick-and-place unit between the shaft ends.
- Turning the ring seat + plunge cutting the commutator + turning the commutator.
- Ring assembly - commutator side
- Ring assembly - drive wheel side

The machine has several production programs to manufacture different parts.
Each program corresponds uniquely to a shaft type.
