The MTP F3015DH 12 kW is a modern, fully enclosed industrial fiber laser cutting machine designed for fast, precise and efficient sheet metal processing. Equipped with a powerful 12,000 W Raycus fiber laser source, automatic exchange table and advanced CypCut CNC control, the machine is suitable for both continuous series production and flexible contract manufacturing.

RAYCUS 12 kW FIBER LASER

The high-performance Raycus 12 kW laser source provides excellent cutting performance across a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Fiber technology offers high energy efficiency, excellent beam quality and low maintenance requirements.

AUTOMATIC EXCHANGE TABLE

The machine features an automatic dual exchange table, significantly reducing downtime. While cutting takes place on one table, material can be unloaded and the next sheet prepared on the second table.

CYPcut CNC CONTROL

The machine is controlled by the industry-proven CypCut system, offering intuitive operation and comprehensive control of the cutting process. CypNest nesting software enables efficient arrangement of parts on the sheet, helping to reduce material waste and production costs.

The F6020DH combines Leadshine EtherCAT servo drives, precision linear guideways and LEADRACK gear racks for fast, accurate and repeatable positioning.

FULLY ENCLOSED DESIGN
