The MAZAK Quick Turn Smart 300M is a modern CNC turning machine with driven tools, specifically designed for precise and cost-effective turning and milling operations. Thanks to its robust construction, high performance, and compact design, this machine is ideally suited for use in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, as well as in general contract manufacturing.

Manufactured in 2014, the machine is equipped with the user-friendly MAZATROL Smart control. This enables easy conversational programming as well as ISO programming, ensuring efficient production workflows.

- Maximum machining length: 1,250 mm – allowing for the machining of longer workpieces

- 12-station turret, all stations are powered. This enables not only conventional turning operations but also efficient milling, drilling, and threading processes.
- The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 4,000 rpm, while the driven tools achieve speeds up to 4,500 rpm.
- Spindle bore: approx. 80 mm, enabling the machining of larger bar diameters.
- An NC-controlled tailstock provides additional stability during the machining of long workpieces.
