The machine is equipped with true direct-drive spindles (without belts), ensuring excellent torque transmission, high dynamic performance, and improved machining accuracy.

• True Direct Drive spindles (belt-free design for higher precision and reliability)
• BMT65 turret with 24 positions and 12 driven tool stations
• Driven tools: up to 5,000 rpm with 7.5 kW power
• Through-tool coolant system – 15 bar
• Gun coolant system
• Digital scales for improved machining precision
• Pneumatic part pusher through the sub-spindle, including part flushing with M code
• Part catcher on both main and sub spindle
• Part extraction conveyor
• Bar feeder connection

The machine was installed at the customer site in 2020 and has been used only lightly. The current owner is changing production profile, which is why the machine has become available.
