Fiber laser for cutting large-format metal sheets with dimensions of 6000x2000 mm. The laser uses a system of interchangeable tables to further speed up the laser cutting process. Sliding gate made of seasoned aviation aluminum
The construction of the sliding gate is made of seasoned aviation aluminum formed with a force of 4300 tons, achieving incredible stiffness. Aviation aluminum has many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and good machinability.

Removable build table
The interchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine is able to replace the platform within 15 seconds.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles
The construction of the bed has an internal structure resembling a honeycomb, made of many welded rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are placed inside the tubes, which increase the strength of the bed, and also increase the rigidity and stability of the guide rail to effectively prevent its deformation. High strength, stability, tensile strength, ensuring 20 years of use without distortion.

Raytools head
Autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The auto focus speed is ten times faster than the manual focus speed.
Greater range of manual adjustment - adjustment range -10mm - +10mm. The precision of 0.01 mm is applicable to various thicknesses of materials (0-20 mm) - below the power of 1500W.
Long life. Collimator lenses and focusing lenses have a water-cooling heatsink, which lowers the temperature of the cutting head to extend the life of the cutting head.
