The 42 series provides the solution for manufacturers who deliver premium quality products. This top-level quality is achieved by a multi-rotating brush unit with 8 abrasive flap brushes, which perform uniform deburring and produce perfectly rounded metal edges. This is a multidirectional rotary brush machine (RB) for consistent deburring and finishing of flat metal parts. It enables all-round processing in a single pass, giving the workpiece a non-directional surface finish. Equipped with one or more abrasive belt units (W) for pre-deburring and fine grinding. Cup brush unit (TB) for deburring, edge breaking, non-directional finishing, or removal of scale.
