The work included replacing the main components subject to wear, restoring the geometries, and completely realigning the machine, bringing it back to a condition of high precision and reliability.

- Second high-pressure coolant pump (8 + 15 bar)
- Used IEMCA MASTER 80 bar loader available upon request
Main overhaul operations:
- Replacement of the B-axis slides
- Replacement of the belts and seals of the main and secondary spindles
- Installation of a new complete secondary spindle assembly
- Overhaul of the B and lower Z axis guards
- Restoration of the machine's geometries
- Realignment of the S1 and S2 spindles
- Realignment of the turrets
- Complete check of the powered tools
