29006 Through Spindle Coolant 3.0MPa – Provides TSC flow of 30 l/min at 3.0MPa, replacing the standard 1.5MPa. Air through the spindle is possible. The pressure data refers to the output flange of the pump.

29009 Flow Switch for Through Spindle Coolant – Monitors through-spindle coolant flow. The machine will feed hold if the flow is below a preset level. Note: Recommended option for filtration systems to prevent tool damage.

31002 Air curtain for splash guard window – Located in the middle of the operator-side window, this air curtain prevents chips and coolant from obstructing the view.

37000 Broken tool sensor outside machining area (BTS) – Tool breakage detection for centric tools (tool diameter 1-40mm, tool length 65 - 430mm). Length measurement is performed using a movable probe. The measurement takes place in the ready position for a tool change, outside the machining area. Accuracy ± 2mm. If there is a difference between the measurement before and after machining, an alarm is triggered automatically.

37101L Automatic Workpiece Measuring Device (RENISHAW OMP60) – Three-coordinate measuring probe from RENISHAW with automatic coordinate correction. The signal is transmitted via infrared. Tolerance approx. 0.005mm. 14 automatic measurement cycles are available as pre-programmed cycles in the program memory. Note: requires 13m.

60001 Automatic Corner Override (G62) – Automatically decelerates the cutter at a corner depending on the corner angle, in order to maintain the cutting rate per unit time.
