Heavy-duty pallet decoiler with integrated precision straightening head, designed to feed coiled strip material into stamping lines and other downstream processing. The large 1500 mm rotating table handles full pallet-mounted coils up to 3000 kg, while the 9-roll straightener (5 lower driven + 4 upper) ensures a flat, stress-relieved strip ready for production. Both turntable and straightener are independently driven via frequency inverters, allowing precise speed and tension control. Ideal for stamping operations where coil material is delivered on pallets rather than mandrels — eliminating the need for separate coil cars and reducing changeover time.
