The GB 55 SK NC VARIO drill press is equipped as standard with a large cross table and a 2-axis digital readout, allowing not only drilling but also precise milling operations. The automatic spindle feed and tapping function significantly enhance the capabilities of the machine. Stepless spindle speed adjustment is available within the range of 55–2200 rpm. Thanks to its robust construction and large drilling capacity, this model is well-suited for series or industrial production. The NC version features a programmable controller for setting, among other things, drilling depth, spindle speed, and automated tapping. Drilling capacity is 50 mm, tapping up to M42.
