AHM 100 pointing hammer machine with ‘S’ slide feed device – maximum performance for professional tube processing
The AHM 100 pointing hammer machine is the ideal solution for industrial companies that need to cold spot and reduce tubes to the highest quality. With its robust construction, high forming force and fully automated operation, it enables the economical production of drawn and folded angles, as well as the precise cold forming of round and square tubes. The result: stable angles, optimum material flow at the start of drawing and efficient drainage of pickling and bonding fluids.

The AHM 100 is designed for high loads and demanding materials:
Tube diameter: 20–140 mm
Wall thickness: 1–6.5 mm
Tube length: 3,000–8,000 mm
Material: steel pipes with a strength of up to 800 N/mm²

Crookedness: 2.5 D over the entire pipe length
Working height: approx. 1,050 mm
This makes the machine ideal for a wide variety of production environments – from steel processing and pipe profile technology to drawing mills.
Technical highlights of the AHM 100 pipe spotting hammer machine
-Maximum forming force: 1,000 kN – high performance even with thick pipe walls
-Stroke rate: 560 min⁻¹ for efficient and fast processing
-45 kW main motor power at 1,450 min⁻¹
-Total input power: approx. 60 kW
-Four synchronously operating forming tools for maximum deformation
-Tool holder with quick-release fastener → drastically reduced set-up times
-Sinusoidal kneading motion thanks to eccentric drive → optimum forming quality and low tool load
-Automatic recirculating lubrication → virtually maintenance-free
-Optional: electronic overload protection with force display
Productivity on a new level – with the ‘S’ slide feed device
For maximum feed forces, greased or bonded tubes, we recommend the addition of the ‘S’ slide feed system, specially designed for the AHM 100.

Sled stroke: max. 600 mm
Infinitely variable speed of clamping head: 0–50 min⁻¹
Insertion force: 2.5 kN
Hydraulic unit power: 11 kW
The clamping jaws – available in plastic or steel – are suitable for all working ranges without the need for changeovers. Rotational movement, clamping force and feed are independently adjustable – for absolute process control.
