For sale is a mandrel bending machine, type: Tracto-Technik Tubobend TB20D, 3000 mm, from its first owner.
The machine was purchased new by us in 2008 and has been in our possession ever since.
It is fully operational and can be demonstrated under power upon prior arrangement.

The TUBOBEND 20 mandrel bender is a pipe bending machine with a free bending head for processing pipes in all planes.
It is designed for work involving adjustments according to drawings or samples, as well as for series production. With the TUBOBEND 20 mandrel bender, precision steel pipes according to DIN 2391/C, material St 35.4 NBK (hydraulic pipes), 6-16 mm diameter can be processed.
The processing of other pipe qualities and dimensions is also possible. The mandrel system allows for the smallest technically feasible radii to be achieved.
If required, a folding smoother can also be used. The bending unit is designed in such a way that even serpentine (meander) bends can be made.

Description and overview:
The TUBOBEND 20 mandrel bender is a small, mobile, compact pipe bending machine that can be easily disassembled into two main components for transport purposes. The bending head can be swivelled from the vertical to the horizontal position.
The pipe feed length is 1500 or 3000 mm.
