The machine was equipped with a new machine control system in 2024 and underwent a complete mechanical overhaul in 2025.
The extensive overhaul involved the replacement of almost all essential components.
As a result, the machine is in almost new condition technically.

New control system in 2024:

- New tailstock housing, drill bush holder, and spindle housing
- New workpiece support and tool support

- 2x high-frequency spindles
- 2x tool holders
- 2x rotating collet chucks

- Quill, including bearing
- Ball screw drive, including bearing
- Linear guides

- Radial piston pump
- Water cooler
- 2x drilling oil supply
- Flow divider

- Pipelines and hoses replaced
- Various filters replaced
- Complete repainting

Optional:
- Chip conveyor can be retrofitted

The deep hole drilling machine uses the single-lip drilling process.

Machine frame:
- Welded construction with integrated coolant tank
- Top of the frame with continuous linear guide rails

Spindle unit:
- Motor spindles with frequency-controlled, continuously variable speed control.
- Spindle head with connection for tool holder.

Drill bush holder:
- In cast design, fixed on the machine bed.
- Holder for tool guidance system with Ø50 mm
- Holder for sealing housing and immersion sleeves with bayonet lock

Rotating tailstock:
- With drive for rotating workpiece
- Clamping quills with workpiece length compensation
