This vertical machining center, a Saeilo Contur MMV 810 S, was manufactured in 2012 and is equipped with a Heidenhain TNC 620 control unit featuring an electronic handwheel for precise operation. Travel ranges are X = 810 mm, Y = 400 mm, Z = 500 mm, with a table measuring 900 x 400 mm and fitted with 3 T-slots (size 14 mm). The machine includes a double-arm tool changer with 23 positions, BT40 tool holder, and a high-performance spindle capable of up to 10,000 rpm, oil cooling, and an internal coolant supply system with 20 bar pressure.
