Përshkrim
This 5-axis machining center enables the complete machining of long components without the need for re-clamping. It is designed to ensure a high degree of dynamics and speed, despite its high stability and rigidity. The cross slide, traveling column, and bed are made of a steel/welded construction. The large tool magazine, connected to the column, ensures short tool change times. The machining center, "made in Italy," is equipped exclusively with European quality components.
Special equipment for the demonstration machine:
Kessler milling spindle SK40, 60-position tool magazine, air through the spindle, flushing gun for cleaning the work area (including its own pump), Heidenhain TS460 wireless measuring probe (workpiece measurement), BLUM laser tool measurement, Heidenhain automatic kinematic control, rotating control panel, 25 bar internal coolant system, interface for KNOLL filter system, oil mist extraction
