This machine has been used for several years. It has been checked, tested and is working 100% properly.

The F200 XL is a 3-station machine suitable for deburring, grinding
and/or rounding small sheet metal parts. This deburring machine has a

grinding unit as its first processing station, followed by two cup brushes.
The grinding belt removes burrs or gives the product a nice line finish.
The brushes ensure the desired rounding of the product and give the
surface an even finish.

The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system
(for non-ferrous metals, e.g. stainless steel and aluminium) or a
magnetic system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure
effective fixation of the products to be processed on the
transport table, allowing even smaller workpieces
(from 10 x 10 mm with magnetic system) to be processed safely, smoothly and
quickly. It is with good reason that we at Q-Fin are convinced
of the benefits of a narrow machine for small workpieces. In many cases,
the throughput speed of this machine is 5 times higher than that of
comparable machines.
