The Laser Genius LGf 2040 from PRIMA Power is a highly dynamic fiber laser cutting system, ideal for demanding metal processing and series production.
Main Features:
6 kW IPG fiber laser for lowest operating costs and maximum uptime
Working area 4,100 × 2,100 × 150 mm – precision cutting of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 25 mm material thickness
Positioning accuracy ± 0.03 mm and traverse speeds up to 240 m/min
Automation: Compact Tower 10-pallet changover system for uninterrupted material flow
ATC nozzle changer and integrated extraction/filter system
Control: Intuitive Prima Power CNC touch panel
Condition & Documentation: Good used condition, regularly maintained, documentation available.
