The E-Brake Premium 35t-1250 is the fastest servo-electric press brake on the market, manufactured by SafanDarley.
Lenze servomotors controlled by frequency inverters from the same company enable fast and reliable operation of the system for many thousands of operating hours.
The SAFANDARLEY E-Brake features a patented drive transmission method, which is implemented using reinforced belts. The roller system creates what is known as a multi-block or multi-pulley system. This principle has been known for years, but its successful implementation in SAFANDARLEY press brakes since 1995 has resulted in a press that is approximately 30% faster than hydraulic presses, quieter, more environmentally friendly, and eliminates the need for oil changes.
