The basic characteristics of the machine (stiffness of the blade support, flywheel sizing, belt guides, belt tensioning) have been carefully studied to avoid the belt yielding, increase the duration, improve the linearity and the cutting time.
Vertical rotation on pivot with adjustable conical bearings without backlash.
Belt drive with two-speed motor and special reducer with bronze gear and hardened and ground worm screw.
Appropriately sized flywheels.
Sturdy belt guides with watertight bearings and adjustable widia plates.
Tensioning of the band obtained by means of an electromechanical device with blade rotation microswitch control.
Accident prevention safety device on the flywheel cover, on the control knob and on the blade.
Cutting thickness 1,2 mm
Cutting range from 0 to 60° right
Adjustable stop for cuts of the same size

Operation:
start of the cutting cycle by start button, the machine:
1. closes the vice and drives the band motor
2. lowers the arc for cutting
3. the bow returns to the starting position
4. stops the band motor
5. opens the vice
