The LVD Strippit Global 30 punching machine has 4 programmable rotary stations (size D). Each station can be equipped with a multitool head with automatic rotation. Using a servo drive, as well as CNC control - both the rotary stations and the entire turret have the possibility of bidirectional rotation with an accuracy of 0.01 degrees. The Auto Index rotary stations of the LVD Strippit Global 30 punching machine operate on the principle of direct drives, which are located directly above the station, constituting part of the turret mechanism. In the rotary stations with a diameter of 88.9 mm, a multitool tool holder can be mounted, thus increasing the machine's capabilities and the number of tools. The multitool holders allow for the installation of 3 or 8 punches and dies with a diameter of 12.7 mm or 31.7 mm, respectively.
