The wet grinding machine with integrated stainless steel drip tray is used for professional processing of square tubes and flat profiles up to 150 mm wide and is suitable for grinding steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.

The machine stand forms a machine unit together with the tool units and the control cabinet.

Tool units

The two tool carriers are designed for the use of sanding belts 150 x 2500 mm. Each unit has a three-phase motor with direct drive. The drive power of each unit is 5.5 KW.

Workpiece transport

The workpieces are transported via an endless belt.
The drive is a variable speed gearbox whose feed (belt speed) is adjustable via a handwheel.

Water tank

The machine is equipped with a water tank to be placed under the machine. The water is fed from the machine's stainless steel tank after the second station via a funnel into the sedimentation tank. A feed pump, which is located in the drainage basin, pumps the water back to the units.
