We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low energy consumption and energy savings of up to 60%.
These were specifically designed for tasks that require high production output in the fields of stamping, drawing, and punching.
The latest generation CR-SERVO presses have been advanced for versatile applications, including the option to integrate these units into automatic production lines.

FRAME STRUCTURE:
The steel frames of this series are made from a fully welded structure manufactured exclusively from S355JR grade steel. They are stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The design and calculations are performed using finite element software to guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.
They feature upper and lower table/ram platens made of C45E steel, fitted with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate ensures perfect parallel alignment via two side guides with a 50 mm diameter and maintenance-free bearings.

HYDRAULICS:
Single-acting main cylinder with a guide bush, chrome-plated piston and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
For fast approach and rapid return, two side-mounted double-acting cylinders have been installed, enabling quick movement with chrome plating and guidance.

REXROTH hydraulic unit with servo motor and prefill valves, including prefill valve for approach and return, and pump with constant output and constant speed operated via the servo motor system, check valve, pressure relief valve, spindle shutoff valve and air cooling.

ELECTRICS:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 7” touchscreen panel model MPT-700. This allows for programming of force, stroke, and speed, with capacity for storing up to 300 programs.
The electrical and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. An additional safety block and autodiagnostic devices for valve and safety monitoring are included. Inspection and certification of correct function and safety distances for light curtains is performed.
Operation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
To ensure operator safety, there are type 4 PLe electrical safety interlocks in the front working area, two hinged side safety guards with safety valves, and internal LED lighting.
Complies with all essential safety and health requirements according to CE standard.
