Quadra L1 through-feed center with comprehensive equipment:

CNC 12-axis machining center designed for milling, drilling, and cutting operations on aluminum and light alloys. The QUADRA L1 features an automatic tool magazine and a push-feed system for profiles up to 7500 mm, equipped with a profile clamping gripper drive. The collet movement returns the feeder to its initial position, allowing the loader to prepare the next profile simultaneously. In the central area are the milling and cutting modules. The 4-axis CNC milling module is equipped with 4 up to 6 electrospindles and allows complete contour machining regardless of profile orientation. The 3-axis CNC cutting module includes a Ø 600 mm blade with downward stroke movement. The QUADRA L1 also includes an automatic outfeed unit from the cutting unit to the unloading magazine. The unit is equipped with a magazine with cross conveyors for unloading finished pieces up to 4000 mm (optionally 7500 mm). The machining unit can be optionally fitted with a cabin that soundproofs the central working area, thereby protecting the operator and reducing noise emissions.
