Phantomatic X 6 HP
Machining center with 4 CNC-controlled axes for processing profile bars or components made of aluminum, PVC, non-ferrous metals, and steel up to 7.7 m in length.

Operating mode 1: Utilization of the entire available machining length of a maximum of 7.7 m.
Operating mode 2: In pendulum mode, which divides the machine into two machining zones. This allows for alternating loading and unloading of the machine on one side while machining takes place on the other. On the X6 HP model, the positioning of the clamps is carried out by two additional axes, independent of the main production time. The machine is fitted with an automatic tool changer with 8 stations, traveling along the X-axis portal, which can accommodate one angular head and one disc cutter for five-sided machining of the workpiece. The 4th CNC axis enables the milling spindle to rotate from 0° to 180° and be positioned at any angle in between. This allows the machine to perform operations on the top and the sides of the profile at any inclination within the available range. Furthermore, a movable working table is available, which facilitates loading and unloading of workpieces and significantly increases the machinable cross-section.

4-axis milling spindle head

The 7 kW (S1) spindle with high torque also enables heavy machining tasks. The movement of the milling spindle along the A-axis allows for rotations from 0° to 180°, so the profile can be machined on three sides without repositioning. The machine can be used for certain types of steel extrusion profiles as well as aluminum profiles, which is made possible by the integrated lubrication system. This can be set via the software, and the dual-tank system allows for both minimal quantity oil diffusion and micro-mist oil emulsion lubrication.
