CNC machining center with 4 controlled axes and automatic spindle rotation (0-180°). This enables the machine to access all three profile sides of the workpiece without manual repositioning. It is suitable for machining profile bars or parts made of aluminum, PVC, light metal alloys, and steel up to 2 mm. The machine is equipped with a manual tool magazine with 9 slots and an automatic tool magazine with 4 positions on the left side of the enclosure. Additionally, there is a second automatic tool magazine with 4 positions on the right side of the enclosure. Profile positioning is achieved via a pneumatically actuated stop positioned on the left, while clamping is performed by 4 robust clamps that are automatically positioned and monitored. A second pneumatic stop on the right side enables the machining of large bars that are up to twice the length of the machining area (for overlength processing).

A movable clamping area also facilitates loading and unloading of the workpiece and significantly increases the machinable cross-section.
