The ER 1500 E is a deburring machine working from above on one side with the EdgeRacer carousel for precise processing of inner and outer contours with user-defined edge rounding. The EdgeRacer ER 1500 E offers a high throughput rate of more than 300 m²/h, surface-friendly processing - even with polished, brushed and foil-coated sheets - and reproducible results. Thanks to the roller conveyor of the EdgeRacer ER 1500 E, the sanding heads can also be fed below roller table level. The roller transport also ensures maximum energy efficiency - the processing costs are usually less than €0.01 per square meter of processed sheet metal. Thanks to the reversing operation, the sheets to be processed can be inserted and removed on the infeed side.
