Function
The TAM 25/600 precisely separates and cuts ejector pins, ejector sleeves, and knockout punches in the shortest possible time. Workpieces with diameters from 0.5 to 25 mm made of tool steel and hard metal can be processed.

Simply place the workpiece in the quick-change prism, set the desired finished dimension, and separate and cut to length in one step. An optional additional clamping device is available for extremely thin, short, or offset pins.

Precision
After separating, the work table is locked in the end position, the length is measured precisely, and ground to the finished dimension using an integrated micrometer feed. The wear of the grinding wheel is compensated by tracking the grinding spindle.
Your advantages:
The integrated diamond automatically dresses the wheel.
On request, CBN or diamond grinding wheels are also available as optional equipment for the TAM 25/600.
