Accessories / Special equipment:
• The machine operates with a fixed workpiece position, allowing both the grinding spindle and the regulating spindle units to be adjustable. This simplifies machine setup as well as automatic workpiece loading and unloading.
• SIEMENS PLC control for automatic operation with SIEMENS touchscreen. Complete electrics and PLC control renewed in 2016!
• Electromechanical profile dressing device for the regulating wheel
• Regulating and grinding wheel speeds are steplessly adjustable.
• Adjustable plunge guide bridge with mounted plunge workpiece rest
• Electromechanically controlled workpiece pusher & automatic pneumatic workpiece ejector
• Additional outfeed cylinder for automatic tilting of workpieces after plunge grinding (adjustable 4–30 mm)
• Machine is prepared for use with a HELP-TEC bar loader MSHL08/400P, which is currently not present.
• Complete enclosure of working area with monitoring technology
• Separate control cabinet, operating and electrical manuals for the retrofit
