General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 80/30 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is an industrial press solution designed for high-precision metal forming, deep drawing, and die testing applications. It features a rigid four-column body structure for superior accuracy and repeatability.

The St52-grade steel frame is subjected to stress relief via vibration, ensuring excellent parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained during pressing operations. The ram and die cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure adjustments can be precisely controlled via the operator panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and PLC-based control, this press ensures long-lasting, safe, and energy-efficient performance. Maintenance requirements are minimized thanks to the automatic lubrication system and filter contamination alerts.

This model is ideal for small- and medium-scale serial production, die trials, and precision forming processes.
