General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 300 / 100 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity, four-column hydraulic press solution developed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

Its St52 grade steel frame undergoes stress-relieving via vibration, ensuring stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the full stroke. The ram and bolster systems operate independently; stroke length and tonnage settings can be precisely controlled via the touch panel interface.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and PLC-controlled structure, the machine provides high efficiency and reliable operation. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With a 300 / 100 ton capacity, this model is an ideal industrial press solution for medium to high tonnage metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
