General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 200 / 70 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity, four-column hydraulic press designed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The St52 grade welded steel frame is subjected to stress relief via vibration, ensuring high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained over extended operation. The ram and blank holder (pot) systems are operated independently, with stroke and pressure settings precisely adjustable via touchscreen control panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and PLC-controlled structure, the system offers high efficiency and reliable operation. An automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With its 200 / 70 ton capacity, this model provides an ideal industrial solution for medium and heavy-duty metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
