General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 150/50 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is an industrial press solution developed for metal spinning, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications, featuring a robust four-column frame construction.

The St52 grade steel construction frame undergoes stress relieving via vibration. This ensures high parallelism and vertical tolerance are maintained during prolonged operations. Ram and blank holder systems operate independently; stroke and pressure adjustments can be made precisely via the touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic equipment, an IE3 classified motor, and PLC control, the press delivers high efficiency, reliability, and long service life. Automatic lubrication and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With a 150/50 ton capacity, this model is an ideal solution for mass production, mold testing, and medium to heavy-duty deep drawing applications.
