Construction and technology

The CORMAK WS1000TA spindle moulder is designed for durability and functionality in serial production. The machine body is made of thick-walled steel sheets, ensuring rigidity and resistance to deformation. The main table 1,000 × 360 mm and optional sliding table 1,000 × 240 mm allow efficient handling of long workpieces. The motor power 2.8kW (S1) / 3.9kW provides the energy needed for solid wood and wood-based materials machining.
Precision and performance

The machine allows for precise milling operations, including angular machining. The tilting spindle enables non-standard operations, while the accurate column spindle guide eliminates play and improves surface finish. The V-belt transmission ensures quiet and stable operation across the full speed range.
