CONSTMACH Stationary-120 concrete plant is a fully automated production facility specially developed for high-volume and long-term concrete production projects. With a production capacity of 120 m³ per hour, this system can produce all types of concrete with high precision. Its durable structure, minimal maintenance requirements, and trouble-free performance make it one of the most preferred stationary concrete plant models among professional users. Thanks to its twin-shaft mixer with a 3 m³ wet concrete capacity, homogeneous mix quality is guaranteed.
The Stationary-120 model can be adapted to project requirements with different cement silo options ranging from 100 tons to 500 tons. When using bagged cement, it is easily loaded into the cement silos thanks to the integrated blasting bunker. Equipped with heating systems for cold climates and cooling units for hot regions, this plant delivers maximum performance in all geographical conditions. Furthermore, it simplifies site layout by eliminating the need for a feed ramp with its aggregate pre-feeding systems.
It is equipped with advanced SIEMENS & SCHNEIDER brand electronic components, a powerful PLC automation system, and user-friendly control software. This allows operators to safely and efficiently manage the entire production process from a single screen.
