For sale is a high-quality Zens multifunction resistance welding machine in a robust industrial design. The system was developed for demanding resistance welding processes and is ideally suited for series production in the automotive, supplier, electrical, and metal industries.
The machine operates with modern medium frequency (MF) technology and achieves a welding power of 250 kVA at a 50% duty cycle. The powerful SER medium frequency inverter (700 A) enables a maximum welding current of 50 kA and ensures maximum process stability as well as reproducible welding results.
With a maximum welding force of 23 kN and an overhang of 300 mm, the system is suitable for a wide range of resistance welding applications.
