Vertical broaching machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

60 KN version:
The main application is in the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (and even larger) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can therefore be successfully used in small, medium, and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a pole-changing gearbox brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pull point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is carried out by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.

Broaching pins, mandrels, and spare parts available on request.
