Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact, space-saving machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large operations. The low price also justifies investment for small batches and one-off productions.

The drive is provided by a pole-changeable gear brake motor. The maintenance-free dual spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pull point, as well as consistent cutting performance. The open work table allows even large workpieces to be inserted without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not require clamping. Stroke adjustment is via limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be stacked.
