LoadMaster Tube with automatic setup
Automatic loading system for 6.5 m raw material, with a bundle loading area rated for a maximum bundle weight of 4,000 kg. Automatic setting of compartment height and compartment width.

Adaptive clamping systems
Feed station equipped with additional clamping elements for L profiles, U profiles, and flat material. Feed-through chuck equipped with special clamping rollers for these material types.

Brass and copper cutting packages
Brass cutting package with nitrogen cutting data. Copper cutting package with oxygen cutting data. These packages do not include bevel cutting data.

Machine construction and material handling
Feed station with self-centering clamping jaws and a feed-through chuck with self-centering tensioning rollers. Raw-material support with automatically retractable tube supports, and finished-part support with extendable guide rollers.
High-precision drives and work-area illumination. Parts deposit with one conveyor table and conveyor-table extension. Part-removal station with scrap conveyor belt and collection container.

Laser and process control
TruDisk 2001 solid-state laser.

ControlLine, FocusLine, and NitroLine functions. Integrated technology data, programmable cutting-gas pressure, automatic switch-on and shutdown, and Condition Guide.

Factory-specified tooling
Clamping-jaw pair up to Ø152 mm and round-tube form supports up to Ø152 mm.
Rectangular-tube form supports described in the factory specification as “up to 29 mm, 36 mm, 43 mm, 85 mm, and 170 mm outer circle,” plus guide rollers for round and rectangular tubes.
