The Scantool 100 RSX is the perfect pipe grinding machine for all types of pipes and profiles. It simplifies welding and provides a better finish.
The Scantool 100 RSX has been designed with serial production in mind, where precision and clean work are required.
It is used in the manufacture of railings, frames, go-karts, lattice trolleys, wheelchairs, ship fittings, handrails, gates, doors, furniture frames, and stainless steel pipe and profile work for the food industry, among other applications.
The Scantool 100 RSX grinds pipes and profiles made of any material with a diameter of 21 to 76 mm.
Integrated extraction
The Scantool 100 RSX features an integrated extraction system that removes most of the grinding dust from the sanding belt.
When the Scantool 100S is mounted directly behind the grinding machine, the best possible dust collection solution is achieved. The Scantool Cyclone 100S is available as an option.
