Remarks:
The machine is overhauled and the machine body has been fully refurbished. The following wear parts were replaced or renewed:
- New trapezoidal screws and nuts made of cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
- The entire coolant system incl. coolant/lubricant swiveling system is new
- New two-speed SEW gear motor
- New electrical system (Siemens)
- New safety door replacing the old light barrier
- New clamping jaws
- All sheet metal parts such as covers, chip chute, basket, screen, and spindle guard are new
- Stainless steel operator panel with permanent labeling
- Machine has been newly painted with 2-component structural lacquer
This machine carries the manufacturer’s CE marking.

General Information:
The twin-spindle drive ensures quiet, centrally aligned pull and constant broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed to cut keyways up to 18 mm wide (from 16 mm tool width only with stepped tool shanks).
The design allows for quick and easy setup for broaching with flat broaches for keyway slots.
Thanks to the universally designed pull bridge and machine table, broaching with both profile and flat broaches is possible without requiring additional pull heads.
