This Q-Fin DS600 comes from our showroom in Bergeijk and is now available for sale. The machine has only been used for demonstrations and is therefore in excellent condition. The DS600 is fully operational and can be inspected and tested by appointment in our showroom.

The DS600 is a powerful stand-alone slag hammer for the quick and efficient removal of metal slag from thermally cut sheet metal up to 600 mm wide. The machine is specially designed to effectively remove slag formation after the cutting process, making it an ideal first step in the finishing process.

By removing metal slag in advance, it is prevented from causing damage to subsequent machines during further processing. In addition, the DS600 reduces contamination within the production process and positively influences the lifespan of abrasives and other consumables.

The DS600 offers an efficient alternative to the manual removal of metal slag. This significantly reduces the physical strain on operators and allows products to be processed faster and with a more consistent quality.
