Featuring a stable and robust design, flexible positioning across three axes (including overhead), and easy operation, these positioners simplify welding, assembly, and handling of large workpieces.

Operating principle:
The rotary arm axis is positioned above the clamping plate, so the rotary arm acts as a counterweight to the workpiece. As a result, these machines are much more powerful than standard rotary-tilt tables or rotary-tilt positioners. This principle enables the handling of the specified loads in any position. Endless rotation of the two rotary axes and additional height adjustment allow for all workpiece orientations (including overhead).

Turntable speed is infinitely variable from 0.05 to 0.6 rpm. 2000 kg load capacity.
