For sale is a ready-to-use, compact, plug-and-play welding cell: OTC Easy Arc MIG/MAG 3.03. This system combines precise robotic technology with a high-performance, high-end welding power source and a fully automatically controlled horizontal rotary positioner.

It is ideally suited for the automated, cost-effective production of small and medium-sized series. The entire cell is mounted on a stable base frame with a welding table/perforated plate and can be easily integrated into your production process.

Technical highlights & components:
Robot FD-B6: Highly dynamic 6-axis articulated arm robot, optimized for arc welding with internal cable routing (6 kg payload).

Controller FD11: Modern robot controller for precise path guidance, including an ergonomic teach pendant for quick programming.

Welding power source Welbee Inverter P400: Pulse welding power source (400 A) for spatter-free welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, even at high welding speeds.

Easy Arc PB250 Positioner / Horizontal Rotary Table: Fully controlled additional axis (up to 250 kg payload) for precise workpiece rotation, which enables welding in the optimal weld pool position, even with complex components.

Safety concept: Complete enclosure including welding protection viewing windows and CE-compliant safety technology for direct use in a workshop.

Condition & scope of supply: The system is in very good, fully functional, and ready-to-use condition, as it has been used only rarely.

Scope of supply: Complete welding cell as described, including welding torch equipment, cable package, and documentation.
