Industrial filter ventilation for welding halls – numerous technological processes in production facilities, mainly involving metalworking.
Very low energy consumption due to the use of innovative fans.
Instead of a standard fan, an EC fan is used, providing SIGNIFICANT savings by minimizing electricity consumption.
The EC fan with a built-in frequency converter also allows for control of the fan speed / energy consumption / device performance within a working range of 60%, 80%, and 100%.
Air is drawn in from the top and discharged downwards without creating drafts – directly to the work areas.
Layered filter ventilation principle; the device does not require the installation of pipelines.
Patron-type filter cartridges – self-cleaning using compressed air pulses during operation.
Filter cleaning using pressure difference – no loss of compressed air.
Layered ventilation principle: contaminated air is drawn in from the top, filtered, and then released at floor level as clean, breathable air without generating drafts, at a speed below 1.2 m/s. Precisely where employees breathe it in. And this is within a wide range of 270 degrees. At the same time, the Airtower operates according to the layered ventilation principle, recommended by trade unions and considered the best type of air circulation.
