Semi-automatic sawing sequence with workpiece clamping-sawing-up to set height after cutting is complete
MEBA high-performance package:
Infinitely variable hydraulic cutting pressure and feed monitoring on the saw blade back. This ensures optimum conditions for every sawing task, i.e. constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
Manual mitre adjustment, digital reading with 0.1° accuracy
Rapid traverse lowering of the saw frame via pushbutton up to the material edge

Unique double mitre bandsaw with which mitres on both sides can be set simply and economically by swivelling the saw frame and the material support.
Automatic movement of the clamping vices and digital miter adjustment The material clamping vise moves automatically in the direction of flow according to the desired miter, so the material is always clamped at right angles, close to the saw band.
The mitre pivot point is the intersection point between the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, which means that the length dimension does not change when the angle position changes.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. Quick material clamping. The material is clamped in parallel at 90° for every angular position of the saw frame.
