The sturdy machine with its welded steel construction runs very smoothly. The two machine stands are equipped with a crank so that even longer parts can be sanded on the machine. The sanding belt is guided by three belt guide rollers, providing the largest possible working area for the operator and thus ensuring optimal work, especially with hand sanding blocks. The belt is driven by a three-phase motor with a balanced belt drive roller. Each belt has a separately adjustable, pneumatic belt tensioner. This allows for optimal belt tension adjustment for each belt. The dust collection system is designed to effectively capture the resulting sanding dust and direct it to the extraction nozzle when connected to an appropriate extraction system. To ensure effortless operation, the sanding unit is mounted on play-free roller guides. The machine table can be easily and quickly adjusted to the required workpiece height using the electric table lift. The table lift guide elements are maintenance-free. For loading, the table can be extended far enough that workpieces do not have to be pushed under the sanding belt when placed on the table. The electrical controls for the main functions are conveniently located in the center of the machine.

The machine is supplied in its basic configuration with two initial equipment belts (W x L) 150 x 9000 mm and a contact roller approximately 50° shore for a belt width of 150 mm.

Additional accessories:
3-axis table with integrated handling device for rotating and swiveling the workpieces.

The handling device is mounted in the center of the table under the insert frame. To work with the handling device, the insert frame is removed from the machine table. The handling device is equipped with four vacuum suction cups for holding the workpieces and consists of: The bearing with the rotary axis, to which a brake disc is mounted on the rear. The swivel device is attached to the front of the rotary axis. This can be locked at 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, and 90°. An additional locking disc is mounted on the swivel head, allowing for fine adjustment of the workpieces to the sanding belt. The rotary and swivel axes are unlocked pneumatically via a foot switch, while the rotary axes are moved manually. Workpiece weight when used as a flat table with an inserted frame = 80 daN. Workpiece weight when using the handling device relative to the clamping plate = 25 daN or 120 Nm relative to the center of the rotary axis.
