Condition & Fault Description
The machine was operating flawlessly until recently, but now displays various axis configuration and CC/PLC errors when powered on:
Heidenhain TNC 620 errors include:
- “Timeout in CC command processing”
- “The PLC program was stopped”
- “HSCI initialization faulty”
- “HSCI Ethernet connection interrupted”
- “Axis X/Y/Z/S configuration faulty”
The Command/Control unit (CC) has already been replaced, but the error persists.
Therefore, the machine is being offered as defective / for repair or as a source of spare parts.
