FICEP TIPO G25LG - CNC PLATE PROCESSING LINE (DRILLING, MILLING, PLASMA CUTTING) | YEAR 2017
The Ficep Tipo G25LG is a CNC-controlled plate processing line for drilling, milling, marking and plasma cutting of steel plates in a single pass - without re-clamping. This significantly reduces throughput times in the production of gusset plates, end plates and connection components.
CONDITION
Used - technically sound. The line is currently in productive operation.
- Inspection UNDER POWER during ongoing production possible by appointment.
- Handover as preferred: directly from ongoing production (cleaned and serviced) or - at additional cost - reconditioned by ASM.

FUNCTION & APPLICATION
The G25LG combines a vertical mono drilling unit with automatic tool changer (ISO 40) and an integrated plasma cutting unit in a rigid twin-bridge gantry frame - all processes in a single pass according to the NC program.
The Ficep Pegaso CNC transfers part data and hole patterns directly from CAD without manual rework. Typical applications: structural steelwork, steel trading and plant construction.
