The ERNST Neptun EBB 1500 is a deburring machine for sheet metal processing, used to clean and round the edges of parts cut, punched, or burned with a laser. This machine enables the alternating processing of various materials, such as steel, aluminum, galvanized sheets, or materials coated with protective film, thanks to its flexible deburring roller and brush set.

Important information: The machine has different options. It can hold parts pneumatically or magnetically.

Modules:
E – Module with a deburring roller
B – Stainless steel brush module – for dulling edges and removing oxides up to 6 mm
B – Scotch/Vlies brush module – for rounding edges 0.1 – 0.4 mm and applying texture to the material surface.

With this type of machine, material processing is done in a wet environment, so there is no need to retool or clean the machine, and it can work with various types of materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, structural steel, etc., in continuous operation.
The entire process takes place in a closed water system with the addition of a special emulsion, which ensures that neither the machine components nor the processed parts rust. From time to time, water needs to be replenished as it evaporates in the parts drying system and during filtration in a special filter within the machine.
