- Used for galvanized steel pipes as surface pre-treatment before painting
- Can be modified for other materials (requires different abrasive belts and possibly adjustments to the feed system)

- Multiple pipes can be loaded, processed sequentially, and temporarily stored after processing
- Pipes are picked up by grippers and guided through the machine to the outfeed
